It was established in 2006 with the aim of promoting the dignity of Children and young people who experience poverty and vulnerability in India.
The organisation also seeks to improve these children and young people’s quality of life.
It is an association founded by a group of Friends as aftermath to their important volunteering experiences.
The spirit of the association is to help children and young people to cultivate and realise their dreams.
We give them the chance to have a dignified life, guaranteeing education and helping them to realise their ambitions in order to become autonomous and free.
‘Mancikalalu’, in the language spoken in the state of Telangana – ‘Telugu’ – means ‘golden dreams’.
In Hyderabad, our first project was started in Hyderabad in a home for street children and orphans.
